Under NYC Law, all property owners are required to remove, or arrange for the removal of graffiti from their property. The Chinatown DMA has contracted sanitation services for the district with Atlantic Maintenance Company in an effort to help keep our district clean and graffiti free. Atlantic Maintenance
Company will remove all graffiti and bills/stickers upon permission of the property owner, subject to weather conditions and building/roof access where necessary.
